Data is retained as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Inactive accounts may be archived or deleted after 36 months.

6. SECURITY

We use SSL/TLS encryption, AWS S3 server-side encryption, access controls, and Stripe PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. Despite safeguards, no system is fully secure.

8. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

Data may be processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions. Transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework compliance.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from X1 Sports, Inc. related to your account, bookings, training sessions, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your activity on the platform. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
